In East Lothian, we have some established social enterprises as well as many social enterprises who are either unacknowledged or have the potential to work in more business-like ways to achieve their social goals. Social Enterprise in East Lothian is a network of these organisations, set up to promote and support this kind of business activity in the county.
With the help of funding from Communities Scotland, Social Enterprise in East Lothian has developed this website, which provides details of what’s happening in the network as well as a directory of social enterprises in the area.
